“The Village” in University Heights

Does anyone know what’s going on at “The Village” in University Heights? These are the converted bungalows at the corner of Campus and Meade(?). Really cute but small and expensive (329K for 600sf).

Tonite there is a large crowd there of nicely dressed people, live jazz, food, and valet parking for all the Mercedes and Lexus’.

I would love to buy one of these places if I could get one for under $200K…
