Just curious as to how many homes you have owned and how you are such an expert on human behavior. Personally I beleive you are just making this all up as you go along.Casca
You get one share because you posted, you get share because you are a person who posted, you get one share because you registered, you get one share because you have a truck and one share because you are a person in truck.March 18, 2010 at 2:01 PM #527602sdrealtor

Guest
You make your life, you make your breaks or your screw ups, you pick yourself up and move on. Or you let the wind blow you around.
Walking away from an underwater house is a great way of learning from your own mistakes, picking yourself up and moving on. That is a great way of asserting your free will.
Keeping on paying for a house which is unlikely to recover in value is letting the wind blow you around. Perhaps you fear what others will think of you and say about your family, so you subvert your free will and keep on getting tossed around.

Participantyes. how can we really know whether any decision we make is a product of oour own “grit” or free will. we can always characterize any decision in that way. Ceding to your wife’s desires can be seen as a form of free will. or not. you will never know whether you are really freely making decisions or whetehr you ahve just convined yourself that you are.
