Let me put it to you this way.
Life would have been intolerable had i not had the 3rd kid.
I suppose that’s a free choice. Kinda like the guy in the prison camp hypothetical. Let’s say, everyday he gets to choose whether he is going to be whipped witha cat o nine tails, or punched with brass knuckles. or there is a third option — if he signs a confession each day, he is given the day in peace, free of the beatings. So i suppose each day he ‘freely” signs the confession.
