    The median home price in Long Beach dropped a healthy 6.3% in May
    2006, and it was not even noticable. (April 2006 $517,500, May 2006
    $485,500 DataQuick and CAR). Can someone help with the numbers
    for June and July? I have access only to “pre-owned” less current data.
