The “Inexorable Demand” Meme Rears Its Head Again

I understand how multiple families contribute to paying the mortgage on a McMansion, but doesn’t a SFR have to be initially purchased by ONE family who must qualify for the home all by themselves? It’s easy to see in the days of liar loans how this happened, but now that lending standards have tightened I presume the multiple family scenario is a little more difficult to pull off. Any in the lending industry want to weigh in on this?

Alot has been made about the “race” issue in immigration. Anyone who is against illegal immigration and speaks out, but is lighter skinned gets screamed at about how racest they are.
I use to date a lady of Mexican desent (born and rased in USA by legal Mexican immigrants)who agreed with me on ILLEGAL immigration issues (neither of us is against legal immigration in any way). This was back with the big immigrant rights marches in LA. We met some friends of friends in a bar and it came up. I kept my mouth shut about it all till someone asked me about it. I kept my answer short and made a very concerted effort to be PC, and got a race card played on me immediatly. She spoke up that she agreed and suddenly she was trying to be white and a traitor to her people. There was HATE in their eyes when they said it. There was no fact, opnion, logical argument or event that could change the minds of those we were talking to that anyone who doesnt support their stance in full is a racest pig and needs to be “re-eductated” or butchered.

This isnt to say that there are not too many very racest people against any kind of immigration for all the wrong reasons. Both Communism and Capitalism have the same goal of making life better for people, but they have very different values and ways of doing it. Just because the goal is the same doesnt mean both are equal. I have said it before and ill say it again. “The most racest people I have ever met are not white.” Too bad our society only really cares about white against anyone who isnt. Everything else is just cultural differences. Dont believe me? What would happen if Obamas pasture was white, arguing against blacks instead of whites, and John McCain’s priest instead? But Obama is black, so he cant be racest.
