Went to see The Bluffs in Carlsbad today… They had a pretty large price reduction but IMO are still pretty outlandish. I was there a few weeks ago and it was a ghost town. Since the reduction went into effect it looks like things have picked up, today it was pretty busy. Still way way overpriced IMO… Anyone been there?

They claimed to have made about 70k price cuts. I cannot verify that. I agree with Farbet that the noise was just to much. The units that my clients liked were priced in the high 500’s, about 589k.
In terms of what I think would be a fair price for them? Not sure, I would never buy them to live in as I am really anal when it comes to noise. So I would need to look at what I could get for rent and go from there…. IMO just as a guess I wouldn’t pay over 400k for one of them but that is not based on any analysis at all.
