thanks for your kind remarks. spent past three days starting cosmetic renovations. i am quite sore but its been a lot of fun adding a few tools and working with the wife. we’ve only damaged one door trying to knock off some unrelenting trim with our new sledgehammer. goodtimes and a bad decision! two car gar
