    TG: Congrats, man. Hopefully we’ll run into each other as I plunder all of the bankruptcy sales at the Promenade Mall.

    I’d like to say sorry about the Chargers, but I couldn’t do it with a straight face.

    Congrats, I think if we were all in an area that has seen a nearly 50% drop from top of market, we’d be doing the same thing. Congrats!
