We briefly glanced at those homes. Zero interest for us. Honestly, YUCK! Tortured floor plans on tiny lots with views of your neighbor’s dining room. IMO there are lots of better options if you’re willing to carefully look and wait.

Most Asian buyers are used to cramped quarters. To them these homes are spacious and reasonably priced. No wonder that there are only few other buyers.

Most Asian buyers are used to cramped quarters. To them these homes are spacious and reasonably priced. No wonder that there are only few other buyers.

We feel like the homes are spacious, keep in mind majority of us are thin and short, so these high ceilings and wide spaces are spacious to us. I’ve only known PQ all my life so for me this is home, its the best place to be.
