ParticipantMany people probably have waited for very long and are ready to jump in. I talked to sales persons in both Terramar and Manzanita trail. It is interesting to find out that buyers do not upgrade their homes much. Many just use the incentive money from the builder.

And I agree with the previous post that majority of these buyers are Chinese/Asian.
