We went to check this model house and the area around, we don’t like it at all, no matter of the price is 700k or lower. It is right next to Camino Del Sur road that is the main road to highway 56 or to carmel valley road. The high school is right opposite, much more traffic and noise… don’t need to talk about the model house, floor plan, lot size or higher ranking westview high school… the location is bad and not attractive.
Many people probably have waited for very long and are ready to jump in. I talked to sales persons in both Terramar and Manzanita trail. It is interesting to find out that buyers do not upgrade their homes much. Many just use the incentive money from the builder.
