Here is the balanced view of reality: if 10% are out of work, the remaining 40% who work in the private sector fear they may join that 10%.
The remaining 50% work for the bloated gov’t with their bloated salaries and benefits/pensions with really nothing to worry about.

Congrats on your new home. Did Redfin delivered as you expected??? How were you able to see homes with Redfin? To me, that is still a puzzle. And the most important thing, how was your rebates, as promised ? How is it better than the few local agents who carries similar rebates ? Thanks.

If a balanced view of reality is key, then we need to admit that a lot of southern Ca is a 2 income household area. It is true 90% are still employeed, but it is also true that a far larger number than 90% will be effected. How many of you could maintain your standard of living without your spouses income?
