That doesn’t even make sense. My house is 200 feet from Redhawk, I’m .5 miles from Ralph’s, Anza is 15 miles away. I’m 2 miles from your house, why would you allude to my neighborhood as something that is some far flung rural area.

I’m still pissed about your exchange with TemekuT, because I know her and her husband and they are really nice people. I’ve had the pleasure of attending dinner parties at their home, there are so many good things I can say about them and you treated her like a b**tch. MH is plenty close to shopping and “civilization.” You could probably walk to Ralph’s from MH.

True, it is on the edge of the developed area in the valley, but I see that as a positive. Not much traffic at all on this side of town, and I can go running or bicycling from my front door on a route that takes me through horse pastures and wine country. It’s a nice balance, really.

Have you guys been out to anza or aguanga. I guess that’s what San diegans think temecula is like. Now that is remote. We looked at some places out there but realized it was just too far out there. I remember reading some aguanga chat group in 05 or so where everyone there was convinced aguanga was destined to be the next temecula and they’d all be rich. I remember thinking that was a little weird but possible.

Man there was some cheap stuff out there the last few years we couldve paid cash for a decent house jn lake riverside estates with an hoa with a pool and ablanding strip and 3 acres. But it’s not a great spot to have a massive heart attack. Still it was super pretty out there.

I remember sn acquaintance buying a big spread out there for 450000 I think about 5 years ago and everyone telling her it was so cheap. Sure it’s less than 200 now. I didn’t try to warn her about anything. I Tried I think to be normal about real estate in public although I’m sure my wife would disagree about me being normal in public in

any way. Except for a few obnoxious superbulls who basically called me a moron I don’t remember raing excessively on anyones particular parade.

Except I did constantly mention offhandedly the entire economy was going to implode. But as they say even a stopped watch and scaredycat cat are right twice a decade .

Anza is even further.

Both are odd places.

Kind of like the next “Acton or Aqua Dulce”
Those are nice area’s really if you are familiar with the area,

Kind of where a lot of the well to do in Nor-LA go to own horse property or maybe their own airstrip.

TG – no worries about influencing the area piece. Not sure how anyone could compare MH to Anza, but that makes at least the second time he’s been wrong on this thread alone. I just tend to ignore that.

Hey if you MH people happen to see something not yet on the mls that’s ~3000sf and a lot with a yard that doesn’t look at another house behind, let me know!! We’re ready to act as soon as we can find a decent deal on a great house.
