When looking in Temecula, or really just about anywhere IMO remember PUR, or PickUp (Truck) Ratio.
1 Point for one pickup (fullsize) per house
2 Points for any raised vehicles
2 points for a toy hauler out front
Also, I usually assign 1.5 points for Diesel pickupsWhen the ratio approaches 1 on any given street, I keep looking.
Also, I might assign 1 point for Escalade’s.
By 2018 I hope we have a hospital!

You might also want to add for the aforementioned RICEBOY cars:
1 Point for a car with cut/lowered springs
1 Point for a car with a fart can sized exhaust
1 Point for a car with Powered by XXXX stickers
1 Point for a hideous bright colored paintjob, like bright orange, neon green, or purple puke.
2 Points for a ice-cream scooper shaped aerodynamic treatment, or fighter style rudder on the rear.
3 Points for bling bling chrome wheels with 1 inch of rubber around them.
