Keep your eyes in 92009 off Levante. No HOA’s, some interesting custom homes, long time owners that may become lifecycle sellers at market prices, lots of quiet cul-de-sacs and some huge lots. Also the school is great but not as big, overwhelming or crowded as ECC or OPE.
