ParticipantIf I win the lottery or manage to start a company that eventually goes IPO, Olivenhain will be high on my list. But it’s expensive. Most houses are way above 1.6 mil. I really see it as an extension of Rancho Santa Fe.

ParticipantThe question was under $1.6M not under $1M. The little niches I speak of are often a dozen or less homes that most people dont even know exist. They are the prime little niches, I follow for my long term clients and generally wont share with J6P.
Under $1M makes it alot tougher but there are some where its possible. Elfin Forest is one that comes to mind immediately that I’d share with the masses. There’s a 3,000 sq ft 1 story home with a pool on 2.25 acres just a hop skip and jump away form San Eljo Hills for just over $1M.
SD R,
Can you explain why after 2 years of repeatedly saying you want to live in Scripps Ranch and have no interest in the North County Coast because the location simply does not work for you, you suddenly comment that you have been eyeballing Olivenhain when a potential buyer shows up that it probably fits to a tee? I’m throwing a flag on a blatant shill attempt.November 30, 2008 at 8:13 PM #310502sdrealtor
