Most of us on this blog have said at one time or another that Santuary by Shea is far superior to Montoro or Serenity in quality and appearance. At $895 that house is a better deal than any Serenity home on the market new or used.

With comparable lots selling for $350k, assuming $100/sqft building cost or $450k, plus $200k in upgrades and pool, it is very much at below replacement cost.
