Arbitrarily saying it is worth $50K less is silly. There hasnt been a closed resale for a 5000+ sq ft home on a 1/2 acre lot under $900K in Stonebridge. It waqs over $1.5M new. Throw in landscaping, window treatments, paint etc and that house is getting dangerously close to 50% off.
Its a 5BR/5.5ba/4 car 5153 sq ft home built in 2006 on a half acre. Personal preferences aside that is alot of house for that price particluarly in a nice upscale community.
