    Stonebridge has seen a lot of foreclosures within the last few months and the prices are coming down fast…. Anybody in this forum who has been interested in buying a foreclosed home?

    Is there a lot of jet noise. I rent in Carmel Valley south of 56. The noise can be very annoying, especially in poor-quality built homes.

    I agree, I’m just surprised how somebody is willing to spend over $1 million to buy a home in the middle of nowhere and pay an additional $6,000+ in Mello Roos for no infrastructure except access roads and some hiking paths.
