I think I’m the only female on the planet that ABHORS shopping. There is not enough bargain savings in the world to make me go to a mall and fight crowds to save a few $. I’d rather wait till closer to Christmas when retailers discount it close to black friday prices… or better yet – order it online.
Seriously – I hate shopping.
No, you are not the only female…
I have done some online shopping but won’t set foot in a bricks and mortar retail establishment on thanksgiving weekend. It’s not the shopping I hate so much, it’s the other people shopping…

Oh, we did buy a nice Belgian to drink with our leftovers.
My sympathies.
That really sucks.
His employer had really shitty timing, too. Condolences. Hope things turn around for you guys.November 28, 2010 at 11:02 PM #633810ShadowfaxParticipant

Didn’t buy anything; husband laid off this week. Good thing I hate to shop, good too that we didn’t buy a house.

I went for a nice bike ride, then a walk on the beach, then made cupcakes with my neices before leftovers (yum!) dinner. $0, and priceless.
This of course made me think of that Visa commercial. Priceless means there’s no price/can’t buy it for money. All that annoying commercial talks about is spending money on crap to “revel in the experience.” Damn ad agencies…
