Yes, they have had these listed on SDlookup for a while. Nothing new here.
Homes are still selling. They have only 1 EaglePointe left in the most recent Phase. (3 phases remaining, 1 new phase about to be released)
In addition, the last Eaglepointe, 2 story model sold too. Only 1 Eaglepointe model left, and this is the 1 story with the Lennar offices attached to it, and it isn’t currently for sale yet. Final phase for Eaglepointe should be available spring of next year, for the seasonal push. After this, all Eaglepointe homes will be sold out, and I bet they sell the last model at this time too.
Crestview is selling very well. I don’t think you’ll see much in price reductions beyond where they are at currently, especially with the record low interest rates. Come up here and check out all the recent phase builds, and you’ll see they are filled with new families moving in. Crestview is hot now at the $469k(lowered from $499) – $559k price point. Wait till next spring!!
For those sitting on the fence, Lennar is having some sort of special sale on Oct. 9 & 10, Sat. & Sun. this weekend, that they have been promoting, so for anyone looking, you may want to come and see the details at the Lennar Sky Ranch office.
http://register.lennar.com/AmericasGreatestHomeSaleEver/index.aspx?Also, the sign twirlers have been around for some time. Lennar invested in making a big advertising push for Sky Ranch. You may have seen new signs, more signs, radio ads, and TV ads, more recently. Many people see the 52 coming in and see that this will help with the commute. Also, with the Town Center shopping area, this has helped too.
HOA has been one of the biggest hinderances to new buyers, but the HOA is slated to come down per recent HOA budget documents.
Once Riverwalk sells out, most people will not have many new home options in East County.
