I’m no expert on the back-room dealings of short sales, but in my experience it helps to keep looking at new listings even after your offer is accepted — it helps keep you from getting too emotionally attached to that one home.

ParticipantExpect 2 to 4 weeks with BOA but you should be fine. Lately I have had a few go quickly with them so there is hope that they are getting better. Hang in there and it will be yours.
