I doubt that they will drop that much unless the economy turns south again. My predication is that they are close to bottom as San Diego still is an attractive place to live.

I distinctly remember when this development was built. And, if I can recall, it is all (just barely) on the north side of hwy 94. So . . . no Lemon Grove here, but overlooking LG . . . lol.
