    This one is still on the market, many others on a previous list have sold already. Looks like some of the homes are still being sold at high prices….

    Since you work in the La Mesa area, have you looked in Fletcher Hills? Here’s an example:

    The Hacienda Drive area is an established well-maintained small group of nice homes. The example is probably over-priced but bargains do come on the market every now and then.
