Participant
The high 800k is really 900k+ at Serenity. Being a Stonebridge resident I’m speechless that people are still buying up the homes out here. Calabria sold out…who the heck bought that last batch, they are packed in like sardines? You could find better value by picking up an existing property. In my hood there could be a house on the market shortly, landscaped, very nice interior upgrades, so-so lot. Owners have lost their job. They are not upside down with their loan.
Good luck on your search.
Localguy
In what development of Stonebridge do you live? I have seen a few homes in “Sanctuary” development as short sales. Tiburon also seems to have some problems. I wonder if more distressed properties will come on the market this year. Interestingly, one of the realtors I met told me that the market will turn around soon…

ParticipantTiburon models are for sale:
4950 sqft asking $1.55 mil
5535 sqft asking $1.66 mil
5955 sqft asking $1.86 milof course, Serenity is significantly lower in quality compared to Tiburon. If Tiburon is the Escalade, Serenity is like the Yukon, with Montoro being the Suburban.
