Serenity in Stonebridge, OVERPRICED????

Yes it is overpriced however in this market at this time it will get bought. We are in need of a catalyst to break the current cycle. I agree that given time you will see stonebridge and other like areas dip again but you need to set your timeframe out quite awhile.

In what development of Stonebridge do you live? I have seen a few homes in “Sanctuary” development as short sales. Tiburon also seems to have some problems. I wonder if more distressed properties will come on the market this year. Interestingly, one of the realtors I met told me that the market will turn around soon…
