By happenstance, I came upon this listing. From the ad on Craigslist, it looks like these people are selling everything including the oven, ceiling fans and windows coverings. I wonder if they are facing foreclosure.

I’m certainly not mocking the seller. I feel sad that could be an example of real estate speculation and greed gone awry.

These sellers expect the next fool to pay $33,500 more than what they paid for this Loan. The least they could do is include those appliances with the deal. Although, that would be some very expensive appliances.
