    I agree Questhaven is a mess. I’m not suprised by the this area’s fall. Questhaven was so much higher and built at the peak, so it was due to fall further and faster.

    An agent told me this week that all of their listings in SEH (town center area) are must sells and a lot of them are shorts.

    Questhaven area is still nice but town center area sucks,
    there are a lot of car parking there but it’s a traffic pivot,
    not a real downtown.
