sdrealtor-
off topic a bit, but what do you think happens if the inability to obtain non-conforming jumbo loans in California comes home to roost for a few months?
big leg down?

Sellers in denial hoping it gets better in Spring, buyers very sparce, lenders gradually giving in etc. The real recognition wouldnt occur for close to a year form now. People dont like change and move slow. Greed is motivating while fear is immobilizing. Give it time grasshoppah!
