scaredy, I was just reviewing your thread, here. Does the place you’re buying have a glazed tile roof, per chance??
There was a large one-story house a few blocks from me that had this huge gorgeous cobalt blue glazed tile roof! But it sold about 3 years ago and alas, the new owners replaced it with slate. It was eye-poppingly incredible looking!
And I’m surmising the floor must be travertine or flagstone??
And do you think you’ll be able to keep the “one-of-a-kind” gazebo-ish structure??
c’mon scaredy, fill us hungry Piggs in . . . just a little . . . pretty pleeez?
