The Santaluz and Crosby area (92127) have approximately 50 homes for sale. Only 2 homes have sold over 2 million in the past 3 months for a whopping 75 months worth of inventory. I know it has been said the high end is not being hit as hard by price drops…..but only because they aren’t selling any homes.
