ParticipantSB is overpriced but it has golf course frontage and is on a cul de sac. The dream house overlooks a blighted empty lot, old green houses and is on the busiest corner in the tract at one of two entrances to the hundreds of homes in ER. I would take SB over the DH everyday of the week.
