ParticipantTV is Hot but it gives us a reason to go to the beach for the day, or go to the see the latest movies.
Only really really hot about a month or so a year, sometimes I bet the SD crowd would like to get out from under the fog at certain time during the year or find someway to stop the mold from gathering on the roof, no where is perfect.

ParticipantMy wife and I bought here (south Temecula) purely as an investment, a safe haven with a ridiculously low mortgage in uncertain times. The plan was to turn the house into a rental when we were ready to buy the “permanent” house in Carlsbad, where the kids would go to school. However, after living here for only 7 months, we are now seriously considering buying that permanent house here. For me, that speaks volumes, as I’ve been dead set on retiring on the coast for most of my adult life.
