Get used to it. You are just seeing what production workers have been seeing for years. You have to compete globally and you have been being paid really well from a global perspective.

Actually the missing part of this story is that the contract agency will be skimming a minimum of 50% on top of that rate. Probably north of 60%. So the end customer is still going to pay a pretty high rate.
