Sounds like you could be running into fair housing violations. The penalties are huge and I believe can include jail time. Call up the head broker and tell him you believe they are violating fair housing laws. If he’s not scared he should be.
The info may be requested for racist reasons, or that may want it for plain ‘ol marketing/client-poaching. Give a real name and all other false info if you’re feeling particular.

The way I see it, it is a law designed to make people act morally. Just like drug laws.
Racism is immoral. Drug use isn’t, so long as it doesn’t turn into abuse — it’s a personal CHOICE what to take into one’s own body.
