On Craigslist there were a couple of 3bdr houses for under $2000 a month. There are also 2bdr condos selling for low $200k, although without garage. So those details really push the value level of the $1900 rent a bit lower, unless it’s a really nice complex.

I have been following the craigslist and zilpy site where the rentals seem to be in the same range with what was quoted for this property.
The weird thing is that there are bigger places renting in UTC for cheaper.
