Had a dream last night that the loan officer wanted to see a copy of my dog’s “death certificate”. Weird, huh. Anyway my dog is old but not dead so everyone can relax. After June 11,2012 the MIP on some streamline refi’s will not increase, just thought I’d pass that along. No telling what interest rates will be then, though.
