    Anyone hear or know of any self employed folks who were able to get refinanced?

    Seems like it’s worst now than even 2 years ago when this all hit the crapper…

    Tooooo bad. I just locked in last Friday for 15-year fixed rate at 3.625% with 0point, $300 closing cost. The loan officer got my $700 deposit(will return to me after the closing.)

    Any advice on what I should do now?
