    ditto what snail said, did anyone go? I have 6 properties that I’d like to know what they sold for just out of curiosity.

    I did find out today about another property not in this auction that was one of those super low list priced jobs that sparked a bidding war, it ended up selling for 16k over the list price and the list price was 100k below anything comparable for sale, so I’m curious if these auctions will bring in much over the opening bid.

    I’ve been searching the internet trying to find results for the April 12th auction at Del Mar. Wasn’t able to attend. Was interested in the home at 1838 Avocado, Oceanside. Would appreciate the outcome. Thanks

    Avocado sold for $500,000. I missed Brighton Hill and Blue Sage.

    All of them were subject to the lender’s reserve prices, so we’ll see how many actually close. Here is my report:
