I would donate a lot more than that.
I disagree with the consensus here more often than not. Still, I really feel that groupthink and monothink are the enemies of good ideas.
I have really enjoyed this site and yeah, I would gladly promote or support it.

If anyone really wants to contact someone from this site, all they have to do is send a request to Rich and he can make the connections.
BTW, Realtors donating a % of their commissions for what is technically a referral is probably a RESPA violation.
