Raybyrnes: Nope, sweetheart. I think not. I don’t suffer scumbags gladly. If you do that’s your choice, buddy. So, what? Do you own property and engage in scumbag, low-life rent skimming behavior like my former landlord?
Raybyrnes, I was under the impression that rent-skimming is illegal. Is that true or false?
Tipping around the law, taking advantage of people is not something that sits well with decent people. You may feel differently.

Your a loooser. Stop with your ridiculous argument. You made the same in another thread and it was equally as ridiculous. The bank can hold the landlord responsible for what he owes to them. That is for the bank to take up with your landlord. As long as he is providing shelter which is his agreement with you you are responsible for paying your rent or you can elect to move out. Stop with you nonsense.

March 7, 2008 at 3:03 PM #165678AnonymousGuestRaybyrnes, honestly, I wonder how your wife deals with you. Does she have the frying pan ready for you when you come in the door?
Now, go jump off a cliff. Make it nice and high. I’ll answer your most recent tirade when you get back.
P.S. Here is a question for you to ponder when you get back from your freefall: How is a tenant to know a landlord is losing the house, so they can prepare and make other arrangements if said landlord doesn’t tell him/her?? In my case, I found out by accident. By that time, I was pretty pissed. In short, my landlord is a liar and you are no better for condoning his behavior (i.e. rent scam). You should be deeply ashamed of yourself.
