ParticipantI got the exact same thing at work on Friday. Except the number of people that know my work number are 0, including me (I don’t get many calls). I have to look at the phone to see what my extension is.
The man said his name was Terry from Mortgage Information Center, a non profit something or other. Couldn’t find anything on google about it, and I couldn’t be bothered to write down the phone number.
It certainly is “exciting times” for these mortgage brokers who just want to be able to afford a can of tomato soup instead of the normal ramen meal…

GuestThese is disturbing. I get these calls at home, but I don’t see how or why they would target someone’s work. Why don’t you just bring it to your supervisor’s attention and let them take care of it. It’s the company’s concern since they are targeting several employees.
