I used this feature last night while searching the Eugene and Portland areas of Oregon. It is really a great feature that links all different kinds of websites together in one place. Very user friendly…I’ll definitely use it as my primary research tool from now on (aside from sdlookup in San Diego).

I looked at my ‘hood – and noticed it’s missing at least one active listing.

(I’ve been following this one because it started as the same model as our house – but has been added onto and upgraded. Their lot is a bit smaller, but still large. I think they’re easily $150k overpriced – so I’ve been tracking it. That $150k isn’t pulled from my butt… It’s based on comps and the appraisal we had done for a refi in the past couple months. 2 months into the listing I wonder if they’ll drop the price at all.)
