So true, Walter. Money is truly worthless without health (and happiness, peace of mind, and, in my case, God and family).
As I mentioned before, “getting to retirement”, or being financially independent at any age, without losing your assets due to job losses, financial and personal catastrophes, etc., along the way AND remaining healthy for 80+years is the REAL challenge to winning this race we call life.

There is no single valuation that makes retirement possible. Figure out the comfortable income for your family when there is no source of revenue. Look at options to generate passive income for this amount. Keep good health and mitigate any potential losses.
You are in your mid-30’s, and still at the peak of your work life. With your finances structured to generate the necessary passive income, anything from your part-time work life and retirement plans are supplemental. Enjoy the process.
