Hmmmm …. Here are some recent headlines from the Florida Oil Spill Law blog:
Enjoy that seafood. And let’s check back on that Louisiana unemployment rate in a few months.
Just a quick check, but it seems like most of the rants on your blog are directed at the EPA, NOAA, and FDA. Last I checked, all three are part of “Big Government”.

ARB shall prepare and approve a scoping plan for achieving the maximum technologically feasible and cost-effective reductions in greenhouse gas emissions from sources or categories of sources of greenhouse gases by 2020 (Health and Safety Code (HSC) §38561). The scoping plan, approved by the ARB Board December 12, 2008, provides the outline for actions to reduce greenhouse gases in California. The approved scoping plan indicates how these emission reductions will be achieved from significant greenhouse gas sources via regulations, market mechanisms and other actions.
Thanks patb. What’s sad is that I’ve asked BGIG four times for something like this.
Since I don’t speak legalese…is there something in this bill that prevents us from importing our coal-fired electricity from Arizona? That to me seems the most likely outcome.
