Participant
Valero and Tesoro (dirty oil energy companies), the two biggest backers of proposition 23, only have 4,000 employees in California.
Hyperbole. Do you have anything substanial? UC says AB32 will cost 1,000,000 jobs.
Tell how AB32 is going to create 500,000 jobs and what they will be?
All the manufacturing is done in different states. Will it be 500,000 installers?

500,000 existing green energy jobs are at risk. Compare that to the 4,000 employees of Valero and Tesoro, two massively polluting companies who have contributed the most money to try and bamboozle the public into voting for prop 23.

ParticipantThere aren’t 500K “green energy jobs” in California. How many people do you know who have one? What do you think these people are doing? Filling out surveys about how green they are?
As for Valero, I need the gas they refine so I can drive to work. No one will be better off if those jobs leave the state.
