We hope to stay in the house for 7-10 yrs minimum – provided that Temecula and the surrounding area doesnt implode by then. We both work in the area, so we won’t be commuting issue that many do.
If I were buying a cheaply built McMansion-pretending-to-be-a hacienda/chateau on a tiny-lots in/around Hwy 79, I’d be SCARED. I think that whole area is a serious candidate for Section 8 housing/heavy rental traffic some day.
Btw, that craig’s list post was kind of funny…in a sad, sorta way.
Back to listening to Poncho Sanchez…who’s comin’ to the Belly Up soon! Yay!
