ParticipantOK you made feel a bit bad for you. It sold in 2005 for $865K and it looks like the owner has been trying to sell it since. Listed it for $1.4 a month after closing. Slowly has been lowering price. Last listed in the MLS for $799K and came off the market in early August.
Looks like it isnt splittable.

ParticipantEven if she *did* know you were one of the regulars, there’s no way she would have liked your initial remark. In fact, if she knew you as one of the regulars, she might have felt quite hurt to be “welcomed” to the blog in this way.
I read Piggington for over a year before I had anything to say; that’s when I registered.
Do cut people a little slack before slamming them.
On topic, the property smells a little bit like “flipper” to me. I’m not sure I would look at it twice unless it had a house on it, particularly not at that price.
