OK you made feel a bit bad for you. It sold in 2005 for $865K and it looks like the owner has been trying to sell it since. Listed it for $1.4 a month after closing. Slowly has been lowering price. Last listed in the MLS for $799K and came off the market in early August.

On topic, the property smells a little bit like “flipper” to me. I’m not sure I would look at it twice unless it had a house on it, particularly not at that price.
