I agree with both of you that the price is way too high. However, I know someone who is seriously thinking of buying here and I’m trying to find out if overpaying will be the least of their problems.
My concern is that the developer may go out of business before the project is complete. That’s why I would like to confirm the number of closed sales, and the financial strength of the developer.
