We drove by it when we were scoping out the Toll models, and checked out the rest of Stonebridge. That Shadetree house is literally right next door to the flipper house.
The landscaping is nicer on the current property, but those powerlines are sure a bummer.

During the boom you could put one of these houses in the middle of a landfill and someone would have bought it…in a down market it seems there is just too much other inventory to even consider a home with such a downside to it.
