Possible 155K loss on UTC condo conversion……

In early 2004 I went to look at The Venetian condo conversion in UTC. A few days ago I found the brochure for Phase 1, scanned a section and placed it here:

The MLS has two of the “Romano” units for sale at $370K vs. up to $525K from the brochure. I was told that some long time renters had bought. Ouch.

Pretty maybe, but the location is horrible. Right off Nobel Dr. which is one of the busiest streets in UTC. The Venetian is one of the conversion complexes in UTC that always seems to have 10+ units on the MLS at any given time. Definitely seems like a lot of flippers bought in. I certainly wouldn’t want to be an owner living there.
