ParticipantStop the presses!
Susan Davis has apologized for the misunderstanding. The home is not pending yet but she put it there because her clients were getting visited by buyers directly and that they were tired of it. I advised her that in similar cases I have moved listings into withdrawn status rather then pending but that is simply my style not hers. She said she did not had an offer where she was representing a buyer. She aplogized for not letting us know what was going on nor returning calls.
So that is refreshing to know.

ParticipantI feel awful about my earlier post. Can anyone tell me how to delete that since it was an unfair misrepresentation? Thanks in advance.
